Carolyn Scime and Chestnut Park Cup
The inaugural Carolyn Scime and Chestnut Park Cup at Caledon Equestrian Park was an incredible success! This week-long event included the exciting 1.4m Grand Prix on Saturday evening, where we hosted an exclusive course walk with professional rider, Hyde Moffat. Participants gained valuable insights into the challenging course design before watching top riders tackle the same obstacles. We were fortunate to have a beautiful evening to enjoy the class which was exciting until the end!
FALL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
Fall is historically the time of year when we do the highest number of transactions, and it's easy to see why. Properties look at their absolute best right now, with mature gardens, full trees, and that beautiful fall lighting that makes the countryside feel so warm and inviting. With families settled back into school and work routines, it's an ideal time to focus on lifestyle changes and take those scenic drives through the countryside to explore what's available.

MONO FARMHOUSE: A DREAM PROJECT
One of the best parts of our business is when we are able to watch a property evolve long after the transaction is complete. Two years ago, we helped a dear client and friend purchase a farm in Mono Township which she has been transforming into something incredibly special. We are thrilled to be able to share part of the journey with you over a short series.
What I love most about Spring in the Countryside
There is something so encouraging about the first signs of spring, especially after a particularly long and trying winter like we have just had. The gradual shrinking of the massive snowbanks, the longer daylight hours, the birdsongs that become more active by the day are all signs that we are headed in the right direction. Here are a few of my favourite parts about springtime in the country.

Our fastest sale of 2024, with the property selling in just 48 hours for $250,000 above asking price and setting a record for the neighourhood. Here is how we did it…

The Art of Re-Listing: Turning Market Experience into Opportunity
Q4 of 2024 was slower than usual and as a result there were a lot of great properties that didn’t sell the first time around. The good news is that the beginning of 2025 is positioned to be a much more active market with Seller expectations better aligning with current market conditions and some pent-up demand on behalf of Buyers…
