FALL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

Fall is historically the time of year when we do the highest number of transactions, and it's easy to see why. Properties look at their absolute best right now, with mature gardens, full trees, and that beautiful fall lighting that makes the countryside feel so warm and inviting. With families settled back into school and work routines, it's an ideal time to focus on lifestyle changes and take those scenic drives through the countryside to explore what's available.

After last year's extended winter, late-season ice storm, and slow-to-arrive spring, I promised myself that I would reach out to my clientele in September to encourage anyone considering listing early next season to consider doing fall exterior photography and video.

Last season, anything listed from March to May underwent several photography sessions as we tried to capture the true beauty of the property. While the photos and video were still lovely, they did not have the impact they could have had with fall scenes.

This approach has become one of our most valuable recommendations for clients looking to maximize their property's appeal and market position.

The investment in fall photography has repeatedly paid dividends for our sellers, helping their listings stand out in any market.

If you're planning to list in the coming months, we'd be pleased to discuss how this approach could benefit your specific situation and coordinate the photography to ensure your property is presented at its absolute finest.

Looking ahead to this fall market, we're excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to helping both our buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals during this beautiful season.
